What's Included in My Inspection?

Our inspections, as all inspections in Arizona are required to follow the Arizona standards. This covers structure, foundation, exterior, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior, roof, insulation, ventilation, stairways, fireplaces, attics. However, at Copper Dwelling we understand that while these components are essential to a home inspection, there's a much more extensive list of items in a home that could contain defects. For this reason, our inspections exceed these standards. In addition we can conduct pool/spa inspections, termite inspections, we can also do lead paint/asbestos sample testing*

On The Day of Inspection

After scheduling your inspector will communicate a time to you or your agent to meet at the property. We usually encourage a buyer to present for the last 30 minutes. Not to worry if you are not able to be present at the day and time of inspection we will email you a copy of your inspection report. Upon arrival the inspector will take you through a detailed walk through of the property and discuss their findings, answering any questions you may have along the way. We are there to guide you and the decision making process of buying a home and want you to feel informed of any questions you may have.
