Question: How long does your average inspections take?

Answer: Depending on the size of the home, age, and condition you can plan on it taking about three to four hours.


Question: Does the buyer need to be present?

Answer: No, but it is advisable that you are present. This allows us to go over the findings of the home with you in the report.


Question: What does my inspection cover?

Answer: Our inspections will cover structure; exterior and interior, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, attic, roof insulation, ventilation, stairways, and fireplaces. While it is not required by the Arizona standards we also inspect appliances, irrigation, pools, landscape lighting, yards walls and gates. Question: What style report do you use, and does it include photos?

Answer: Our report is narrative style report and includes photos of conditions to be deficient.

Question: Is the report available by email?

Answer: In the event the buyer can not be present for the walk through and to receive their print out copy of inspection report, we are happy to email the report in a PDF format.

Question: Do I need a termite inspection?

Answer: The simple answer is no. However, here at Copper Dwelling we include a free termite inspection that includes a 1 year warranty with every inspection! This also saves the hassle of having to schedule another appointment.
